Job summary

Insight Global seeks a senior Project/Program Manager to drive ERP transformation initiatives and complex IT deployments. You will own cutover plans, budgets, and schedules while leading cross-functional teams and engaging executives with risk and mitigation updates.

Qualifications include 8+ years in PM, ERP/IT delivery, and strong Azure DevOps experience. MBA or PM certifications are a plus; candidates must manage vendors and maintain rigorous budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Project/Program Management for IT initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP/IT implementations with budgets and schedules.
• PMP/PgMP/SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:Create, execute, and manage cutover and deployment plans for 50+ integrations within ERP transformation initiativesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and critical path timelinesLead cross-functional teams through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureProvide executive leadership updates and present project status, risks, and mitigation plansManage project financials including budget forecasting, actuals reporting, and change control processesIdentify, document, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate internal teams and external system integrators/vendors to ensure successful project deliveryDrive organizational change management and implementation readiness activitiesFacilitate stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, SDLC documentation, and deployment readinessUtilize Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps to manage project execution and delivery tracking

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years Project/Program Management experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years OR 10+ years equivalent experienceMinimum 2+ years of management/leadership experience5+ years leading large-scale, complex IT implementations with ownership of budgets, timelines, and deliveryStrong ERP implementation experience, specifically greenfield Non-SAP to SAP conversion projects in complex legacy environments with high RICEFW volumeAdvanced project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, including critical path managementStrong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)Experience managing System Integrators/vendors, SOWs, scope management, and vendor financialsAgile delivery experience with strong project finance and budget management skillsExecutive-level communication and presentation experiencePMP (Project Management Professional) CertificationPgMP CertificationAgile Certifications (CSM, CSP, etc.)SAFe experienceMBA
