Job summary

Insight Global seeks a senior Project/Program Manager to drive ERP transformation initiatives and complex IT deployments. You will own cutover plans, budgets, and schedules while leading cross-functional teams and engaging executives with risk and mitigation updates.

Qualifications include 8+ years in PM, ERP/IT delivery, and strong Azure DevOps experience. MBA or PM certifications are a plus; candidates must manage vendors and maintain rigorous budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

8+ years in Project/Program Management for IT initiatives.
Experience leading large-scale ERP/IT implementations with budgets and schedules.
PMP/PgMP/SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, execute and manage cutover and deployment plans for 50+ integrations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and forecasts.
Lead cross-functional teams and provide exec-level updates on risks and mitigations.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery.
Drive change management and deployment readiness.
