Job summary

Skywalk Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large, complex IT projects supporting Child Support systems. You will manage plans, schedules, resources, risks, change control, and stakeholder communications while ensuring PMO governance standards.

Qualifications include 5+ years in PM, 2+ years with Salesforce/Jira/Confluence, and strong PMBOK/Agile knowledge. Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, schedules, resources, risks, change control, stakeholder communications, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with PMO governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years managing large, complex, multi-year projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce technology and Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile methodologies, IT governance, cost management, and risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred:

PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification; state government experience; and knowledge of Title IV‑D and Child Support Enforcement.
