ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Illinois seeks an IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and vendor-driven projects. You will plan, execute, and report on initiatives, align stakeholders, and support RFP activities to ensure projects meet scope and timelines.

This role requires strong planning, RAID management, and the ability to communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.

• Support RFP tasks: requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.

Required Skills :

• 2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.

Preferred skills :

• RFP development and procurement coordination experience.
• Public sector or government project exposure.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
