Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a senior Project Manager to oversee multi-phase IT initiatives for state agencies. You will manage 3–5 development projects, including COTS and in-house work, ensure vendor delivery of upgrades and configurations, and maintain SSDLC compliance.

You will also handle budgets, schedules in MS Project, scope, status reports, and quality governance, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager handling 3-5 simultaneous application development projects including COTS and in-house work, ensuring vendor delivery of upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage, troubleshooting incidents, and testing with SSDLC adherence.
• 84 months of experience managing project execution and control, including budgets, schedules in MS Project, scope, status reports, communication plans, PM plan, and quality standards through the lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• 84 months of experience developing and managing formal project schedules in a tracking tool (e.g., MS Project), tracking progress and variances against baselines using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid; conducting scrum sessions and presenting updates to ITS and client leaderships.
• 84 months of experience developing, writing, and managing detailed Scope Documents and artifacts (Schedule/Plan, Budget); reviewing deliverables and managing acceptance and change processes.
• 84 months of experience with project quality planning, QA, end-to-end testing, QC, UAT defect/metrics management, and quality governance.
• 84 months of experience leading multi-phased, high-visibility IT projects for State agencies, reporting to Executive staff and management on status and compliance, with emphasis on ethics and legal mandates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects to completion across multiple phases and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SSDLC and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules; prepare status reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and configurations on time.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing activities, UAT, and defect metrics; enforce governance.

• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing 3-5 simultaneous application development projects that include Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) projects and/or in-house and ensuring vendor delivers implementation of version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage, troubleshooting incidents, and testing, with projects adhering to the Secure System Development Life Cycle development (SSDLC).
• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing project execution and control, including creating and maintaining the following: project budgets, project schedules in MS Project, project scope, status reports, communication plans, project management plan, quality standards throughout the project management lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• 84 months of experience in developing and managing formal project schedules in a project tracking tool, such as Microsoft Project, including tracking progress and variances against baselines utilizing both Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies; using standard PM techniques (e.g., scrum sessions) to update project schedule; and presenting schedule/status updates to both ITS and client agency leaderships.
• 84 months of experience developing, writing, and managing detailed Scope Documents and required project artifacts (Project Schedule/Plan, and Project Budget; reviewing project deliverables and managing the deliverables acceptance process and using the project scope and deliverable management process to manage the project change request process.
• 84 months experience with project quality planning, quality assurance, end-to-end system testing, quality control, user acceptance testing (UAT) defect and metrics management, and quality governance.
• 84 months of experience managing and leading multi-phased, high-visibility IT projects for State agencies. Regularly reported Executive staff, managers, and team members on project status and compliance, specializing in initiatives requiring strict adherence to ethical and legal mandates, and investigations into possible non-compliance.
