Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a PMO Analyst to assist the PMO Director in planning and deploying IT solutions for the enterprise environment. You will help develop project management standards and coordinate communications across divisions and with external consultants.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3.5 years of IT experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, information technology, mathematics, statistics, management information science or a related field.
• Three and one-half (3.5) years of experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology; or an approved acceptable equivalence.
• A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PMO Director with planning, implementation, and deployment of IT solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Evaluate, plan, implement, document, and coordinate IT solution deployments and project communications.
• Develop strategies and standards for enterprise IT projects and report on project tracking and progress.
• Support to the overall mission of the IT department and agency initiatives.
