Job summary

State-of-South-Carolina is seeking a skilled professional to assist the PMO Director in planning, implementing and deploying IT solutions across the enterprise. The role supports project management best practices and coordinates with agencies, end users and external consultants to align with agency initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, IT, mathematics, statistics, MIS or related field and at least 3.5 years of IT/telecom experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3.5 years IT/telecom experience or approved equivalence.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and enterprise IT environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO Director with planning, implementation, and deployment of IT solutions.
• Develop and deploy project management standards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate communications between departments, end users, and external consultants.
• Support agency initiatives and IT department goals.
