Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager-Journeyman to provide project management, coordination, and leadership for USCG ISD across the ALC portfolio. You will oversee configuration management, change control, QA, testing and release activities, and ensure traceability and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires collaboration with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align with contract requirements and management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT project management, configuration management, change control, and lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, SELC, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, risks, and status reporting across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project activities for configuration management and change control.
• Coordinate IT baseline configurations and governance across system portfolios.
• Oversee testing, QA, and release activities with documentation and traceability.
• Plan costs, schedules, resources, milestones, and risks; facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare status reports and metrics for Government and Contractor leadership.
