Job summary

Oasys is seeking an IT Project Manager to support the US Coast Guard mission from its Elizabeth City, NC client site. The role focuses on coordinating configuration management, change control, QA, testing, and release activities across the ALC ISD portfolio with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate will manage schedules, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring baselines are traceable and compliant with established processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of IT project management, configuration management, change control, quality assurance, testing, release management, and lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, SELC, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and status reports across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to facilitate governance meetings and communicate with stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for CM, change control, QA, testing, and release management.
• Coordinate configuration management across the ISD portfolio.
• Oversee governance boards (DRB, LCCB, ICCB) and reporting.
• Coordinate software testing, QA, and release activities with docs and traceability.
• Produce periodic status reports for Government and Contractor leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

PMP certification (preferred)
