Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to lead technology deployment projects from planning through closeout. You will ensure delivery across schedule, scope, and budget while coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has PMI-aligned practices, strong problem-solving, and clear communication skills. Responsibilities include managing risks, creating forecasts, and driving repeatable workflows to improve speed, cost, and quality across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP, ITIL or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in tech/ops.
• Experience leading multi-site deployments.
• Strong communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective project communications with team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee projects replacing POS systems at multiple retail locations.
• Create weekly schedules for multiple sites and delivery timelines.
• Develop workflows to minimize duplication and boost efficiency.
• Manage project financials including forecasts and revenue tracking.
• Identify risks early and drive quick mitigation actions.
• Produce weekly status reports as requested.
• Interface with customers via email, video, and chats.
