AdventHealth is seeking a project manager with healthcare consulting or management experience to lead cross-functional initiatives in Orlando, FL. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects across a complex roadmap.

The candidate should have an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 3+ years of healthcare experience, with PMI certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or management.
• Experience in process improvement or project management preferred.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates strong team communication and delegates tasks with sub-team leads to ensure completion of multiple projects.
• Identifies issues, manages stakeholder expectations, and offers recommendations for creative solutions.
• Develops an overall project view focusing on priorities to move projects forward.
• Maintains constant communication with stakeholders to understand initiatives in projects and campaigns.
• Navigates all projects through the appropriate approval process.

Job Description:
