Qualifications

• Experience as IT Project Manager overseeing complex programs.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into requirements and deliver results.
• Experience with Agile development and working with government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, develop, and manage project requirements roadmaps.
• Develop Functional Requirement Documents.
• Maintain system architecture documentation (OV-1).
• Support IT capability development and implementation for government mission.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support Agile software development and project execution.
