Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager to support Operations & Maintenance and modernization efforts for a federal government client. The role requires anchoring two agile teams, reporting to the COR, and coordinating with CFTC leadership to define scope and releases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in enterprise software, strong communication, and governance skills, with on-site work in DC required two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years PM experience.
• Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from diverse stakeholders.
• Experience discussing technical issues with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead two agile teams for O&M and modernization.
• Serve as liaison between staff and contractor, report to COR.
• Plan scope, priorities and release schedules with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and manage risks.
• Ensure quality deliverables within schedule and policy compliance.
