Job summary

GC2IT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead contractor performance in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s IT Enabling of DoD CI & HUMINT Functional Management effort. The PM will oversee contract execution, personnel accountability, schedule and deliverable performance, customer coordination, risk management, quality control, and transition activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program and project management efforts for complex initiatives.
• Ability to develop strategic guidance and technical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor performance across the contract lifecycle, including schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate government and stakeholder meetings and prepare monthly status reports.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan with risk and resource management.
• Lead transition-in/out activities and support achieving operating capability.
• Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to government stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and coordinate studies and analyses to propose solutions.
