Job summary

GC2IT is seeking an IT Project Manager to support enterprise IT modernization, application development, data analytics, system architecture, requirements development, and project execution for DIA Counterintelligence and HUMINT functional management activities. This role requires 5–10 years of experience leading complex IT projects and coordinating with government stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage projects from requirements development through delivery.
  • Experience leading complex or highly complex technical projects.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice, analysis, technical guidance, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, develop, and manage functional requirements roadmaps.
  • Develop Functional Requirement Documents.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including OV-1 products.
  • Support mission IT capability development and implementation.
  • Conduct system performance analytics.
  • Support data visualization and data aggregation activities.
  • Assist Government personnel in conceptualizing new IT products and capabilities.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Develop product and capability marketing and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate with customers, technical personnel, Government employees, contractors, and mission stakeholders.
  • Support Agile software development and technical project execution.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance.

Job description

Location: National Capital Region / Type Work: On-site; telework is not anticipated

Position Summary

GC2IT is seeking an IT Project Manager to support enterprise IT modernization, application development, data analytics, system architecture, requirements development, and project execution for DIA Counterintelligence and HUMINT functional management activities. This position calls for 5-10 years of specific experience initiating, supervising, and/or developing project requirements from inception through completion for complex programs.

The IT Project Manager will work closely with Government stakeholders, developers, engineers, analysts, and mission personnel to translate operational needs into functional and technical requirements and ensure projects are delivered successfully. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, develop, and manage functional requirements roadmaps.
  • Develop Functional Requirement Documents.

    • C++
