Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead medium to large scale global end-user facing implementations, including Microsoft Copilot improvements and Claude Enterprise rollouts. The role operates within a Hybrid environment in New York, NY.

Responsibilities include coordination with Azure DevOps, deployment scheduling, risk management, senior management reporting, and close collaboration with User Education for training and support of a global user base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience.
• End-User AI tools implementations in complex environments (finance) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• PRINCE2, PMP/PMI or Scrum Master qualifications.
• Experience engaging with Microsoft as a vendor is a plus.
• Microsoft Copilot certifications are a plus.

Job Description:

• Member of the Digital Workplace PMO team - responsible for medium & large scale global end-user facing project implementations & platform changes
• Assist the Workplace AI Program Manager with the strategy, planning & deployment of a firmwide program, with independent management of defined projects including Microsoft Copilot improvements, new agent releases & Claude Enterprise or equivalent rollouts

Standard IT Project Management duties such as:

• Leading multiple project teams in a Hybrid environment using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) for work management, as well as traditional Waterfall project processes/ tools
• Creation/ upkeep of deployment schedules
• Management of both project and program level risks & issues - overcome roadblocks to drive project outcomes
• Regular status reporting for senior management and assisting the program manager for program level oversight/ reporting.
• Work with User Education team on project communications, training & operational support needs for a global user base

Job Requirements Details:

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience, ideally in a financial services environment
• Previous experience with the implementation of End-User AI tools in a complex environment essential - preferably in financial services
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management
• Ability to cope under pressure
• At least one of PRINCE 2, PMP/PMI and/or Scrum Master qualifications or equivalent
• Previous experience engaging with Microsoft as a vendor a plus
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Copilot) a plus.
