Skywalk Global in Indiana seeks a senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, multi-year initiatives within the CSB IT environment. You will establish governance, manage plans, schedules, risk logs, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role reports to the IT PMO Director and collaborates with senior business and technical managers to align projects with agency goals. Agile and PMBOK practices are highly valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-year projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK practices: cost, benefits, risk, resource and change control.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologies.
• Ability to lead, motivate and influence others to perform.
• PM/Agile certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with CSB-IT staff, county/agency staff, and contracted resources.
• Create, review and maintain project management plans, schedules, meeting agendas/minutes, risk/issue logs and lessons learned.
• Manage projects according to governance policies and procedures.
• Schedule, prepare for and facilitate project meetings.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and address issues promptly.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain project artifacts per CSB document management strategy.
• Support team productivity and project portfolio maintenance; update governance manuals as assigned.
• Work with PMO Manager to establish performance expectations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Employeeusesconsiderablejudgmentinselectingthemostpertinentguidelinestofollow.Workisbroadinscopeandrequiresin-depthanalysisofmultiplevariablestofitvariouscircumstancesofamediumtocomplexenterprisewidesystem.

Responsibility:
