Job summary

Notus Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects for Utility and Energy clients. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, excellence in communication, and the ability to drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years in project/program management.
• Experience with Utility/Energy clients or utility domain projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing large and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership.
• Experience handling escalations and managing senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects for Utility/Energy clients from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and overall delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Utility clients and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising consultants, developers, testers, architects, infrastructure, and business analysts.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, resource allocation, budgets, and governance processes.
• Conduct Steering Committee / Project Review meetings and provide status reports to senior management.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, release management, production go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where required.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Support presales, estimation, proposal development, transition, and account growth activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational delivery, security, compliance, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects for Utility/Energy clients from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and overall delivery.
