Job summary

Ventura Foods in Irvine, CA seeks a Sr BSA to bridge business needs with technology, guiding requirements, tests and deployments on manufacturing projects. This role partners with business units and IT, driving continuous improvement and high-impact outcomes.

The candidate will mentor junior BSAs, lead detailed use-case development, manage UAT efforts, and ensure effective deployment communications across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years as a BSA with at least 2 years in Manufacturing.
• Experience in process analysis and documentation of requirements.
• Background in large-scale, high-impact projects.
• Ability to mentor and guide more junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Shape Demand: identify opportunities and convert into actionable demands with business cases.
• Process Analysis: map current processes and identify gaps for tech-enabled improvements.
• Business Requirements: elicit and document cross-functional requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Quality Assurance: lead UAT planning, testing, and post-implementation reviews.
• Stakeholder Communication: bridge business partners and IT delivery teams.
• Mentoring and Training: develop training media and mentor BSA teammates.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
