PrideStaff in North Dallas is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead CX projects, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate global cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong PM background with CRM/portals experience and proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods.

The position is onsite in Richardson, TX with weekly pay and PrideStaff benefits. PMP is a nice-to-have credential and performance-focused culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of PM experience with CX solutions (CRM, portals).
• Strong grounding in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Proficiency in PM software (Asana, Trello, MS Project) and budget management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills across all organizational levels.
