KLS Martin Lp is seeking an IT Project Manager I to plan, organize, and execute IT initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality across regulated environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders, groom backlogs, manage risks, and drive testing, training, and change management while maintaining audit readiness.

The position requires a 4-year degree and 2+ years of PM experience with diverse methodologies; PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience delivering small to medium IT initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and modern PM tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Wrike, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to support trade-off decisions with incomplete information.
• PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP certification, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and close out IT projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and plans.
• Groom backlogs, coordinate resources, and facilitate communication among project team members.
• Monitor project health across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Escalate blockers, risks, and issues to IT leadership in a timely manner.
• Oversee adoption, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for regulated systems.
• Support audit readiness and lifecycle management for IT systems.
• Apply AI tools to solve problems, accelerate delivery, and build business solutions.
