Job summary

LKQ is seeking a Sr Project Manager IT to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring clear alignment across business and technical teams.

This role guides project plans, manages scope, schedule, and budget, coordinates vendors and analysts, and communicates health and decisions to executives and stakeholders. 5+ years PM experience required; PMP/ACP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related project management experience required, including leading cross-functional technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk/issue logs, and communication strategies.
• Communicate project health and decisions to executives, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Coordinate vendors, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and drive timely decisions; mentor and guide junior staff as needed.
