Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) seeks a journey-level IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor technology projects, aligning with statewide standards and the Enterprise Technology Project Management Office. This role collaborates with business customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to document requirements and guide delivery.

• Demonstrated experience independently managing IT projects using established frameworks and templates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned low and medium risk WSDOT technology projects under general supervision.
• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project team activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the development and coordination of RFP/RFQ/RFI activities in collaboration with the Administrative Contracts Office.
• Support risk identification, issue tracking, and change control processes.
• Support communication of project status to stakeholders, participate in meetings and coordinates site visits as required.
• Support the development and documentation of business requirements and assists engagement with WSDOT TSD Business Customers and technical groups.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
