The position requires onsite work with stakeholders and aligns with enterprise IT governance and strategic program delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT initiatives across multiple orgs.
• Familiarity with student information systems, admissions, financial aid, and student lifecycle processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and manage complex IT projects requiring integration across units.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as expert on scope, objectives, and technology, guiding design, testing, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with user groups and stakeholders, including steering committees, for governance and communication.
• Oversee portfolio health: balance enhancements, incidents, tech debt, and decommissioning across ~100 applications.
