Qualifications

• Experience leading technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems, or business units.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional or technical solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with project-management platforms and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, review, and execution of university technology projects and initiatives.
• Maintain IT’s project portfolio in partnership with department leadership.
• Define scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead project meetings and communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with departments and understand workflows, data, and systems.
• Provide Tier II/III support and assist with enterprise solutions and change management.
