Job summary

Connsci is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a federal program in Washington, DC. You will manage projects from cradle to grave, coordinate with government POCs, and develop formal project documentation and communication plans.

The role requires PMP or Agile PMP certification, 5+ years leading IT projects, and 2+ years in Azure DevOps, with a Top Secret/DOE Q/High Risk clearance. Initially onsite with a ramp-up period, then primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or can be substituted by relevant experience.
• PMP Certification, Agile PMP Certification, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience directly leading IT projects.
• 3+ years in Agile/Scrum, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Current Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop and maintain project documents including objectives, technologies, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Conduct PMRs with government points of contact and coordinate content.
