Job summary

Intelligrit, LLC seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on complex IT and business initiatives for the DCSA Acquisition & Technology organization. Remote work is the norm, with occasional on-site requirements for special events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, public administration, management, information technology, project management, or related discipline; or 5+ years leading complex projects.
• 5+ years experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, performance monitoring, or project reporting.
• Experience developing schedules, WBS, project plans, risk registers, action trackers, status reports, and lifecycle docs.
• Experience coordinating projects with technical, operational, acquisition, financial, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong technical-writing, briefing-development, meeting-facilitation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support complex IT and business operations projects from initiation through closeout and transition.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, work breakdown structures, action trackers, and lifecycle documentation.
• Establish baselines and monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate activities across technical, acquisition, financial, operational, and business-management workstreams.
• Support pre-award and post-award project and program management activities.
• Estimate and track costs, resources, schedules, dependencies, and completion dates.
• Facilitate special projects and time-sensitive mission requirements.
• Monitor progress, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly reports covering completed and ongoing work, technical status, accomplishments, upcoming activities, risks, corrective actions, and Government actions required.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, charts, tables, presentations, and other performance products.
• Track performance measures, scorecard metrics, and operational indicators.
• Analyze schedule, cost, resource, quality, and operational variances.
