Job summary

Lucid Motors in Phoenix seeks an IT Procurement Specialist to support sourcing software, hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services. You will partner with IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Information Security to translate requirements into sourcing events, negotiated agreements, and timely purchases.

Your focus is to optimize total cost of ownership, manage renewals, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliant procurement records with measurable savings and reliable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing for IT software, hardware, cloud services, or professional services.
• Experience supporting competitive sourcing events, evaluating supplier proposals, and negotiating pricing with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel for spend analysis, pricing comparisons, and savings tracking.
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, and contract renewals with solid communication and deadline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for software, hardware, cloud services, and IT services.
• Analyze supplier proposals, benchmark pricing, negotiate terms with Legal and category leads.
• Maintain contract/renewal calendars, validate license requirements, coordinate approvals to avoid spend.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice resolution.
• Track spend, savings, and supplier commitments; identify consolidation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Security to align scope and timelines.
