Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software, databases, infrastructure, and cross-functional IT initiatives. You will gather requirements, set priorities, define schedules, and coordinate resources across teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, CAPM/PMP/Agile or equivalent certification, and 2+ years of project management experience. You will partner with IT leaders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant solutions and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• CAPM, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification is required.
• 2+ years of project management experience delivering technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud services, and data management.
• Familiar with Agile, scrum, Waterfall methodologies and adaptable to best fit.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software, databases, infrastructure, network, and business applications projects.
• Plan, schedule, and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate IT staff, business users, and external vendors.
• Provide status updates to executive leadership and ensure security/regulatory compliance.
• Oversee testing phases and deployments; participate in continual IT improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
