A & Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise software initiatives in a hands-on role, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and aligning projects with strategic goals.

Qualifications

5+ years project management experience.
PMP required or within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Proven expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and PMBOK standards.
Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and Microsoft Office suite (Word & Excel).
Extensive experience managing enterprise software projects involving cloud computing platforms like AWS and IT infrastructure components.
Solid understanding of databases such as SQL and Oracle; ability to analyze data requirements for project success.
Knowledge of IT governance frameworks including disaster recovery planning and security compliance standards.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical teams and executive leadership.
Demonstrated leadership in program management activities including release management and user acceptance testing coordination.
Strong analysis skills for requirements gathering; adept at developing test cases for quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with software development practices like test-driven development (TDD) and requirements documentation using tools like Microsoft Word or SharePoint.
