Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking an IT Project Manager to support the 633d Communications Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The role focuses on IT project management, enterprise architecture planning, requirements processing, configuration management, and implementation support for F-22 FTU Beddown and related comms needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, practices, procedures, networks, and information systems.
• Experience with IT project management and requirements processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.
• Strong project management, customer service, briefing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must possess a Secret security clearance or be able to obtain/maintain.
• Minimum two-year college degree in an IT-related field.
• Relevant work experience and IT certifications may substitute for the degree on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT planning activities with Civil Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, and Gantt charts.
• Support IT enterprise architecture planning, engineering, and configuration management.
• Process and track communications requirements and manage project implementation.
• Evaluate existing IT projects and provide recommendations for Government consideration.
• Support logistics management for unit systems and documentation development.
