Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) in Virginia seeks an IT Project Manager to support the 633d Communications Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. You will lead IT projects from planning through implementation, including enterprise architecture planning and requirements processing.

The role requires four years of IT project management experience, knowledge of IT concepts and networks, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. On-site work at JBLE with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, networks, information systems.
• Experience with IT project management and requirements processing.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Two-year college degree in an IT-related field.

Responsibilities

• Support IT enterprise architecture planning, project management, and configuration management.
• Manage network devices, including switches, routers, and TACLANEs.
• Process and track communications requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Create implementation plans for approved projects.
• Evaluate IT projects and provide government recommendations.
• Support logistics management for unit systems.
• Develop and maintain CONOPs, MOAs, SOAs, and related docs.
• Apply ITIL processes for reliable IT service delivery.
• Coordinate IT planning with Civil Engineering and stakeholders.
