Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) seeks a Program Manager to support the F-22 FTU Beddown at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. You will plan, integrate, program, schedule, and execute construction and renovation projects for the FTU mission.

Work with Civil Engineering, end users, contracting, and leadership to maintain coordination, schedules, and status. Required: engineering/architecture/planning degree, TS/SCI clearance, PMP preferred. On-site at JBLE, VA.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning is required.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, facilities, or capital improvement programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, requirements, and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and planning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CES Project Managers to support planning, programming, and project execution.
• Coordinate requirements with end users, contracting, and leadership.
• Track planning, programming, implementation, and overall project status.
• Develop draft planning documents and cost estimates using government data.
• Maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts, for government review.
• Support construction and renovation projects and related guidance.
• Coordinate stakeholders to address schedule, cost, and execution issues.
• Provide project status information and weekly input for reports.
