Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of customized business systems across multiple initiatives. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards for successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s with extensive experience, plus hands-on SAP/Oracle tool proficiency and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires master’s degree in a related field plus 3 years IT project management experience; or bachelor’s degree plus 6 years’ progressive experience.
• At least 1 year of IT project management experience.
• Travel to various locations across the U.S. up to 5% annually; international travel not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of customized business systems software across multiple projects.
• Plan and oversee project execution from scope to deliverables throughout full lifecycle.
• Direct and coordinate onshore/offshore teams, assign work, set priorities, and monitor performance.
• Establish SLAs, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain client communications and prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on risk management, budgeting, and QA.
• Ensure successful, timely, and compliant project delivery.
