Description & RequirementsThe IT Project Manager will support the successful delivery of internal projects, including software implementations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and divestitures. This role involves independently managing medium to large IT projects from start to finish, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality are adequately managed throughout the project lifecycle.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Manage medium to large, IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Drive successful project execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Create comprehensive project plans, allocate appropriate resources, and track tasks and progress.
- Ensure adherence to established project management processes and best practices.
- Lead the delivery of the overall project scope, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements, reporting needs, integration, data needs, and training and operational readiness activities.
- Manage M&A infrastructure migration and integration tasks and decommission systems/applications obtained during acquisitions.
- Actively manage other projects based on IT PMO needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working on IT projects.
- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Merge and Acquisition project manager experience and understanding of M&A projects; able to plan, prioritize and deliver within constrained timelines.
- Familiarity working with global teams
