Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an IT Project Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead 60+ IT projects, aligning timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Analytical, proactive risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules for 60+ projects.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans with teams.
• Maintain project information in ClickUp.
• Collaborate with Wing assistant for project continuity.
• Escalate issues and follow up as needed.
• Ensure multiple projects progress on schedule with quality.

Job description

IT Project Manager (Remote)

Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.

And we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
2. Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
3. Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
4. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
5. Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
6. Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
7. Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
8. Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently
• Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com)
• Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations
• Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements:

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 75,000
• ₱70,000 - ₱75,000 a month
