Agile & Scrum Sprints Management Project Tracking (Jira, Asana, MS Project) SDLC & Milestone Scoping Healthcare SaaS & IT Systems PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) EHR/EMR Systems Integration Projects
Oversee project scopes delivering clinical dashboards and user billing portal modules.
Manage backlogs mapping patient intake forms and scheduler database tables.
Lead interface mapping sprints linking client systems safely via standard pipelines.
Co-deliver milestones ensuring WebRTC streams and appointment calendars deploy securely.
Coordinate task paths for automated intake LLM pipelines and clinical validation reviews.
Plan sprint phases integrating clinic webhooks with hospital backend schedulers.
