We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead and optimize technology operations, infrastructure management, and IT service delivery across Med Clinic X platforms.
In this role, you will oversee IT systems, cloud infrastructure, operational processes, and technology support functions that power healthcare SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations.
At Med Clinic X, you will lead the operational foundation behind modern healthcare technology. You will:
Cloud Ops (AWS/Azure/GCP) Infrastructure Monitoring ITSM & ITIL Frameworks IAM & SSO Governance SLA & KPI Tracking Disaster Recovery & HA
Monitor system availability, resource autoscaling triggers, and database replication health across AWS/Azure environments.
Enforce ITIL ticketing escalations, configure SLA monitors, and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on incidents.
Manage enterprise active directories, configure single sign-on (SSO), and audit user account access permissions.
Coordinate operational readiness audits before launching clinical portals or new telemedicine tools.
Deploy active-active multi-region infrastructures and run simulated failover dry-runs.
Collaborate with external hardware vendors and API providers on licensing, SLAs, and performance issues.
