Job summary

Phaxis in New York is seeking an experienced technology and data delivery leader to drive large-scale data transformation, platform modernization, or migration initiatives from planning through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate external partners to ensure delivery success.

The role requires strong planning and execution skills, building roadmaps and status reports, and translating complex technical details for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of experience leading complex technology and data-focused projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data transformation, platform modernization, or migration initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and shifting priorities.
• Experienced partnering with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives forward.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical project details into clear updates for business stakeholders and leadership.
• Hands-on experience developing project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, status reporting, and other delivery documentation.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, and technology partners throughout implementation and ongoing delivery.
• PMP certification or relevant education preferred; experience within banking, financial services, or large-scale data environments is a plus.
