Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead three high-profile SaaS implementation projects running simultaneously. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a seasoned professional who can quickly step in, take ownership, and drive successful project outcomes from planning through deployment.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple vendor teams, collaborate with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, and ensure projects remain on track in terms of scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, risk management, and contractual obligations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while bringing structure and accountability to complex initiatives.

We're looking for a confident project leader with a proven track record of managing large‑scale enterprise technology implementations, coordinating multiple vendors, and communicating effectively with leadership teams. Experience in government or public‑sector environments and formal project management certifications are highly valued but not required.

Position Details

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Reno/Sparks area
• Approximately 16-month engagement beginning September 2026
• Target compensation: $50–$60 per hour
• Higher rates may be considered for candidates with extensive experience leading complex enterprise implementations and multi‑vendor projects
