Job summary

CSM Technologies in Torrance, CA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large IT projects across enterprise applications and shared services. You will establish PM processes, develop detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in IT project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Up to 10% travel, full-time, on-site environment in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale cross-functional IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project management processes, methodologies, and best practices for IT initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor daily project activities, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks, issues, and resource constraints, and proactively elevate concerns when necessary.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure adherence to organizational standards and customer expectations.
• Manage communication across all impacted business and technology teams to keep stakeholders informed.
• Track milestones and adjust project plans and resources as needed.
• Support application teams by providing shared services and project coordination for IT initiatives.
• Manage one or more moderately to highly complex IT projects concurrently.
