Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex cross-functional technology and business projects from initiation through closure. You will own scope, schedule, resources, and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and expertise in planning, risk management, and governance. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver on commitments in a fast-paced utility/infra environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans identifying deliverables, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and success criteria.
• Drive execution by establishing commitments, monitoring progress, removing obstacles, and escalating decisions when needed.
• Build partnerships with business owners, technology teams, vendors, and sponsors to align priorities and accountability.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes with practical mitigation plans.
• Facilitate productive meetings and decisions with documented actions and owners.
• Provide concise project reporting on status, risks, decisions, and leadership needs.
• Apply Utilities Technology PM processes while adapting to complexity and urgency.

• Identify and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes, including developing practical mitigation and recovery plans.
• Facilitate productive meetings and decision-making sessions that result in documented decisions, assigned actions, responsible owners, and due dates.
• Provide concise, accurate, and audience-appropriate project reporting, including accomplishments, planned work, schedule and budget status, risks, issues, decisions, and leadership support needed.
• Apply established Utilities Technology Project Management processes while adapting delivery methods to the complexity, urgency, and business needs of each project.
