Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business and technology projects.
• Proven ability to drive commitments, decisions, accountability, and results.
• Experience with integrated schedule development and dependency management.
• Risk, issue, change, and escalation management.
• Executive and stakeholder communication.
• Strong facilitation and structured decision-making.
• Vendor and third-party delivery coordination.
• Ability to organize ambiguous work into executable plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project scheduling/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, interdependent projects from initiation through closure with clear ownership of scope, schedule, resources, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans identifying deliverables, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and success criteria.
• Drive execution by establishing commitments, monitoring progress, removing obstacles, and escalating decisions when needed.
• Build partnerships with business owners, technology teams, vendors, and sponsors to align priorities and accountability.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes with practical mitigation plans.
• Facilitate productive meetings and decisions with documented actions and owners.
• Provide concise project reporting on status, risks, decisions, and leadership needs.
• Apply Utilities Technology PM processes while adapting to complexity and urgency.
