• Develop and maintain integrated project plans that identify deliverables, milestones, dependencies, decision points, resource needs, and measurable success criteria.
• Drive execution by establishing clear commitments, monitoring progress, addressing missed deliverables, removing obstacles, and escalating decisions when necessary.
• Build effective partnerships with business owners, technology teams, vendors, program leadership, and executive sponsors to align priorities and maintain accountability.
• Identify and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes, including developing practical mitigation and recovery plans.
• Facilitate productive meetings and decision‑making sessions that result in documented decisions, assigned actions, responsible owners, and due dates.
• Provide concise, accurate, and audience‑appropriate project reporting, including accomplishments, planned work, schedule and budget status, risks, issues, decisions, and leadership support needed.
• Apply established Utilities Technology Project Management processes while adapting delivery methods to the complexity, urgency, and business needs of each project.
