Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a senior IT program/PM to support the Ohio Department of Health Immunization Information System project. The role focuses on drafting RFPs, vendor management, and ensuring adherence to State guidelines.

You will work with ODH Immunization Program and IT, review requirements, guide architecture considerations, and help establish quality metrics and SLAs. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist ODH Immunization Program and ODH IT in drafting an RFP per State of Ohio guidelines for the Immunization Information System.
• Provide feedback to project teams regarding process/procedure improvements.
• Advise teams as they gather and document requirements.
• Technical leadership in identifying system architecture and platform migration.
• Advise on implications of requirements related to vendor management after contract award.
• Contribute to quality goals and objectives for the project.
• Contribute to all aspects of quality assurance, metrics, best practices, and new tools to ensure quality.
• Review project deliverables for compliance with procedures.
• Perform detailed reviews of interim and final tasks.
• Advise about evaluation documents such as SLAs and Data Recovery Plans.
• Use technical understanding to assist ODH in seeing growth and resource management opportunities.
