Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a capable IT contract leader to support the Ohio Department of Health, Immunization Program, and IT teams. You will help draft an RFP per state guidelines for the Immunization Information System and guide requirements gathering with project teams.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and quality-management skills, with experience in vendor management and Ohio state IT processes. On-site collaboration is expected with state staff and IT personnel.

Qualifications

• This candidate demonstrates excellent written and oral communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong skills in influence, collaboration, and negotiation across functional lines.
• Proven organizational, analytical, planning, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Experience in defining and developing quality standards and conducting reviews.
• Experience drafting RFPs for IT system contracts with the State of Ohio and working with ODH IT apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist ODH Immunization Program and IT in drafting an RFP per State guidelines for a vendor of the Immunization Information System.
• Provide feedback to project teams on process improvements and requirements gathering.
• Advise teams during requirements collection and document system architecture needs.
• Lead technically to identify items needed, including platform migration and vendor management post-contract.
• Contribute to quality goals, metrics, and best practices; ensure compliance with tailored procedures.
• Review interim and final work products for adherence to standards and quality goals.
• Advise on evaluation process components and required documents such as SLAs and DR plans.
