This role will provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and project governance while ensuring all work aligns with our client's guidelines and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in public health IT systems, business requirements development, vendor management, and IT project leadership. You will work closely with state stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to gather and document requirements, guide system architecture and platform decisions, and contribute to all aspects of quality assurance. This role also involves mentoring state staff, supporting evaluation and vendor selection processes, and ensuring defined project processes and standards are followed throughout the engagement.

• Experience in developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for IT system contracts with the State of Ohio.
• Experience with RFP oversight at Ohio State Departments.
• Experience with creating RFPs for Ohio State Departments along with each of the required sections in the RFP.
• Knowledge of ODH departments and how to collect RFP requirements from the affected users.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to project teams regarding process/procedure improvement opportunities and other potential areas for improvement discovered during project activities.
• Advise teams as they gather and document requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in identifying and documenting items needed by the project, including system architecture and platform migration.
• Advise about implications of requirements as related to vendor management after contract award.
• Contribute to the establishment of and meet quality goals and objectives for the project.
• Contribute to all aspects of quality assurance for the project, including establishing relevant metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Review project's required work products to ensure compliance with approved tailored procedures and standards.
• Perform detailed reviews of interim and final tasks as appropriate.
Advise about components of evaluation process and required documents such as Service Level Agreements and Data Recovery Plans.
• Use technical understanding to assist our client in identifying opportunities for growth and resource management Barclays within the contract span.

Required Experience
