Responsibilities

• Assist ODH Immunization Program and IT in drafting an RFP per State guidelines for the Immunization Information System vendor.
• Provide feedback to project teams on process improvements and potential areas for improvement.
• Advise teams as they gather/document requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on system architecture and platform migration.
• Advise on implications of requirements for vendor management after contract award.
• Contribute to establishing and meeting quality goals including metrics and best practices.
• Review project deliverables for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Perform detailed reviews of interim and final tasks.
• Advise on evaluation process components and required documents like SLAs and DRPs.
• Use technical understanding to help ODH identify growth opportunities and resource management.
