Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive company-wide system rollouts across multiple farm locations. You’ll blend project management, implementation, documentation, and end-user training while working with internal teams, vendors, and customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires travel to farm locations, hands-on collaboration, and the ability to translate feedback into process improvements. Strong communication and ERP/system knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, system implementation, or consulting; experience with multiple implementation projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage 5–6 concurrent or completed projects with clear timelines and dependencies.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Track readiness, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Document workflows and deliver end-user training for successful adoption.
• Travel to farm locations and collaborate with vendors and customers as needed.
