Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects, enhancements, and cross-team workstreams from intake to delivery.
• Maintain Jira as source of truth with accurate statuses and ownership.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and end-of-sprint analysis.
• Identify risks and blockers early; document impacts and next steps.
• Provide concise updates to technical and business stakeholders.
